Today I want to put write an upbeat blog about our great state of New Jersey. So this will be about what’s so great about New Jersey. Wait, why would I want to do that you might be thinking? Well it seems that all I have been doing has been making negative remarks about New Jersey and now to the positive side.

The New Jersey Educational Association (NJEA) had been working with The Pension Commission to come up with a solution to fund the pension system for our teachers. But, now the president of the NJEA, Wendell Steinhauer, said on April 21st the “NJEA has notified the New Jersey Pension and Benefits Study Commission that our sole focus is ensuring that our members’ current pensions are fully funded by the state, and that no further discussion will be occurring between the NJEA and the commission.” Continue reading The New Jersey Educational Association

September 11th

Is our level of fear high enough to prevent a terrorist attack? Yes I am talking about fear(s) surrounding the watching and waiting for of a terrorist attack here on American soil. Have we become too complacent or are we becoming paranoid about the threats ISIS has been making about an attack here in the United States proper.
