Windows 10 Update Failure Fix

Windows 10 update failure fix for KB5034441 download error or install error. For many months now Microsoft has not sent out a automatic fix for this very problem.

I am just about fed up with no fix that is easy to do from Microsoft and today I ran across this solution, that works and is not too hard to do.

Some very smart people have found a easy way to fix Windows so that it will install the update. It turns out that the Recovery partition is too small. What it needs to be is 500mb or larger. Mine was already 509mb and it would still give an error.

I followed the directions in the Tech Support Guy site increasing it to 750mb, just to be sure for future updates. And it worked like a charm.

You will be using the free version of AOMEI Partition Assistant. I highly recommend that you get it from MajorGeeks as they scan every file to make sure there are no viruses present.

Follow the directions starting where member Gr3iz gives his answer.

I rate the level of difficulty on a 1 to 10 scale as an 8. So if you are not very tech savvy find a youngster that is.

Hope that this helps.

That is my opinion- Jumpin Jersey Mike
