Update as of today about my personal situation. As of today I have accepted an offer on my house and have made a bid on an age restricted condo that has been accepted.

I will of course still have to pay the holder of the tax lien on my home, but I will be able to do that at closing with the money I am paid for the house. I’m assuming that the bank will not try to foreclose before the closing takes place. It would be a very stupid thing for them to waste money on foreclosure, when I will soon have the money to repay them.

This is all happening very quickly and is a little stressful for me to say the least. Hopefully this will all work out well for me, the buyer of my house and the seller of the condo. There is quite a lot to be done and not very much time to do it all. And there is so much that I do not know and have to rely on those who have the proper expertise.

In the early part of the coming new year I hopefully will be moving into my condo and starting a new chapter in my life. These last five years for me have been very stressful and full of challenges that I could have done without. Stress wears you down and creates health problems that I do not wish on anyone.

With the support of my good friends and family I would not have gotten this far. Right now it feels like I am seeing a very bright light and moving towards it and realizing that it represents a much brighter tomorrow.

I will continue to update everyone reading this blog on what is happening with me at intervals which I will determine. For now I have a lot to do, so I hope that you will excuse me for being so brief.
