Mr. Murphy is maintaining that he needs to raise more money to pay for what he perceives as necessary expenditures to keep the party faithful happy. And yet he says that Kim Guadagno would be just a continuation of Chris Christy’s policies.

Murphy really wants you to believe that he is so different from all other politicians. I do not believe that he is any different and he is just telling the voting public what they want to hear. To me this is something that both parties are guilty of and they need to stop pandering to the so called needs of the vocal minority.

Please do not get the idea that I am endorsing Ms. Guadagno; it is just that I am sick and tired of those with money that think they know what the so called ‘unwashed masses’ want or need.

What is needed is massive tax reform and I do not see either candidate for the office of Governor getting anything put in front of the voting public that demonstrates that they will have a chance in hell of getting it passed by the legislature.

The voting public has to become better informed on the issues and how the candidates will deal with them once in office. My previous blogs on Guadagno and Murphy are just one place to start, just use the search engine near the top of the blog page it is on the right side to find them.

I hear too often that some people are voting for a particular person because of the one issue that they hold dear. Well for those people you better wake up and realize that no one should vote for someone just because they agree with the one issue you hold dear. This is just an unrealistic view and the rest of us are then forced to endure this foolishness.

Please pardon my venting, but I see the date of the election coming up very quickly and neither candidate really has shown that they would not raise taxes and actually work with the legislature to lower them.
