This is a passenger side airbag that might be defective.
If you own a car, there is an excellent chance that it might have a defective front passenger side airbag. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) received notification from the following car manufactures BMW, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, Mazda, Nissan and Toyota that they are conducting limited regional recalls to address a possible safety defect involving Takata brand airbag inflators.
