Since the holiday season is now upon us I thought a nice little ditty (song) would be nice. So here it is and it is based on The Twelve days of Christmas song. I hope you enjoy it!
The Twenty Five Days before Christmas
On the 25th day before Christmas my true love said to me,
Will put up the lights on the outside of house for me?
On the 24th day before Christmas my true love told me to
Put up the fake artificial Christmas tree.
On the 23rd day before Christmas my true love mentioned to me
To remember to buy her a wreath for the front door to go along with the Christmas tree.
On the 22nd day before Christmas my true love told me
To go mail the Christmas cards by the tree.
On the 21st day before Christmas my true love asked me,
To call all our friends to invite them to our Christmas Eve party.
On the 20th day before Christmas my true love asked me
When will you throw out that old set of lights?
And buy a new one with LEDs for the old tangled set is a sight.
On the 19th day before Christmas my true love said to me,
Where are my tree ornaments?
On the 18th day before Christmas my true love told me
To go buy logs for the Yuletide Fire.
On the 17th day before Christmas my true love mentioned to me
That I needed to go buy some more Christmas cards.
On the 16th day before Christmas my true love asked me
What kind of present would she find under the tree?
On the 15th day before Christmas my true love said to me,
Where the hell is is my Christmas dress?
On the 14th day before Christmas my true love told me
To go out with her to buy a Christmas tree!
On the 13th day before Christmas my true love yelled at me
Get that old ratty artificial Christmas tree out of the house!
On the 12th day before Christmas my true love mentioned to me
That she wanted an expensive Christmas present this year or that would be the end of me!
On the 11th day before Christmas my true love told me
Her Mother would be staying with us this Christmas.
On the 10th day before Christmas my true love demanded of me
That I cleanup my man cave before her Mother arrives.
On the 9th day before Christmas my true love asked me
If I had bought any presents for her Mother to put under the tree?
On the 8th day before Christmas my true love yelled at me
You cheap SOB, where are all the presents that you should have bought by now!
On the 7th day before Christmas my true love said to me,
Why don’t you go buy a new car to pick up my Mother in, instead of that piece of junk we have now?
On the 6th day before Christmas my true love threw at me
A very big glass vase because I hadn’t bought any flowers for her from me.
On the 5th day before Christmas my true love told me
Get this house cleaned up, you stupid old SOB!
On the 4th day before Christmas my true love pointed out to me
That the house was still not up to her standards of cleanliness.
On the 3rd day before Christmas my true love yelled at me
Where in the hell is the Christmas goose that I told you to go pickup?
On the 2nd day before Christmas my true love demanded of me
That I go with her to pickup her Mother at the airport.
On the day before Christmas I told both my ex-true love and her Mother
To go to hell you both are crazy and you both are lazy!
On the day of Christmas I had peace and contentment without my ex-true love.
That I enjoyed with much glee!
